Working in real estate is never easy, but building an effective communication with my clients through this web site can
make a huge difference in increasing customer satisfaction.
This site will provide information in getting to know your agent and explain the services I offer
so home buyers and sellers don't spend time figuring out what real estate service I provide. My clients will think of
the home page as a kind of portal, giving customers the information they want at a glance, and offering lots of links to draw
them in to the rest of the website.
My real estate service starts from helping my clients find a loan, find a home,
and close escrow. It includes coordinating with the clients' mortgage lender, appraiser, home inspector, insurance
agent, title and escrow. If we consider after sales support on clients real estate questions from re-financing to upgrades,
in reality, our service never ends.
As a Realtor, I am a member of the San Diego Association of Realtors(SDAR), the California Association of Realtors(CAR)
and the National Association of Realtors(NAR).
I also hold a NAR designation Graduate Realtor (TM) Institute otherwise known as GRI. Please visit our website
